This year we were particularly excited about our Halloween workshop and free event, as so many people indicated they would be coming.
We introduced some exciting new additions to our usual Halloween decorations. We surprised our visitors and those passing by with a Halloween ‘Trick or Treat’ gate. We stocked up on plenty of pumpkins to carve, loads of fresh doughnuts to decorate, and extra supplies for face painting and crafty activities.
We are so grateful to everyone who came and had a fun time with us. It was wonderful to reconnect with parents and children who have moved on to infant school and to chat about their experiences. Many still warmly remember us even after so many years.
The children currently attending our nursery were thrilled about the activities. They felt comfortable showing their parents, grandparents, and carers around the setting, pointing out the toys and activities they enjoy most.
We were also delighted to welcome many new families who visited our nursery for the first time. We hope it gave them a true impression of our small community and the setting as a whole.
Once again, we’d like to say ‘thank you’ to everyone who came. Although Halloween has passed, our doors are open to all families and little ones.
Speak to you soon.
